Abstract:

Předložená bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a hodnocení týmu v konkrétní společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první části jsem se zabývala definicí týmu a poznatky o dělení týmů, funkcích týmu, vývoji týmu, vedení týmu, jeho složením, motivačních a osobnostních charakteristikách jednotlivců. Tyto poznatky jsem následně využila v praktické části, kde jsem charakterizovala, analyzovala a hodnotila složení týmu obchodního oddělení. Zaměřila jsem se především na motivaci jednotlivých členů a složení týmu z hlediska týmových rolí. V závěru jsem se věnovala dalším možnostem rozvoje a podpory týmové spolupráce , která by do budoucna vedla k vyšší efektivitě práce týmu i celé společnosti.

Abstract:

The present thesis focuses on team analysis and evaluation in the specific organization. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first part deals with the definition of a team and knowledge of the team division, team functions, team development, team leadership, its structure, motivation and personal characteristics of individual. I used then this knowlege in the practical part, where I charakterized, analyzed and evaluated the composition of sales team department. I focused mainly on the motivation of individual members and team composition in terms of team roles. In the end I focused on further potential for development and promotion of teamwork, which would lead to greater efficiency of the teamwork and the company as a whole.
