Flood Control Measures in the Village

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku povodní z obecného hlediska. Konkrétně se však zaměřuje na povodňový plán aplikovatelný pro obec Sušice. Teoretická část je zaměřena na pochopení povodní. Jsou zde definovány všechny právní předpisy a normy, které se v České republice věnují této problematice. Dále jsou zde popsány druhy povodní, stejně tak i stupně povodňové aktivity. Důležitou součástí teoretické části práce je i to, jak je v České republice organizována povodňová ochrana včetně povodňových orgánů. V samotném závěru této části jsou uvedena protipovodňová opatření a kapitola pro vypracování povodňového plánu na základě odvětvové technické normy vodního hospodářství TNV 75 2931. V praktické části jsou zpracované návrhy a doporučení na zkvalitnění protipovodňové ochrany v obci, které byly zhotovené na základě analýzy aktuální situace v obci společně s vypracovaným povodňovým plánem. Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of flooding in general terms. Specifically, however, focuses on the flood protection plan applicable for the municipality of Sušice. The theoretical part is focused on the understanding of the flood. Here are defined all the legal regulations and standards in the Czech republic engaged in this issue. Further there are described the types of floods, as well as the degree of flood activity. An important part of the theoretical part of the work is how it is in the Czech republic organized flood protection, including flood authorities. At the very end of this part are listed flood control measures and chapter for the development of the flood plan on the basis of the sectoral technical standard of water management TNV 75 2931. In the practical part are processed proposals and recommendations on improvement of flood protection in the village, which were made on the basis of the analysis of the current situation in the village together with developed flood plan.
