The bachelor thesis undertakes a retrospective analysis and assessment of the merger's impact between Agrofert and United Bakeries, both specializing in bakery product manufacturing. Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá retrospektívnou analýzou a vyhodnotením vplyvu fúzie skupiny Agrofert a United Bakeries, oboch špecializujúcich sa v oblasti výroby pekárenských výrobkov.
