Abstract:
Lektiny jsou proteiny neimunitního původu schopné rozpoznávat a reverzibilně vázat různé sacharidové struktury. Tato práce se zabývá izolací a charakterizací potenciálního lektinu z rostliny Adenanthera pavonina – APPL. Protein APPL byl získán jednoduchou extrakcí ze slupek semen rostliny Adenanthera pavonina. Abstract:
Lectins are multivalent proteins of non-immune origin which recognize and bind reversibly diverse sugar structures. This thesis deals with the isolation and characterization of a potential lectin from the plant Adenanthera pavonina – APPL.
