The status and success of women in the labor market. Theory and practice of employment of women
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na právní úpravu pracovněprávního postavení žen na trhu práce v České republice. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření se zabývá reálným postavením žen na českém trhu práce a identifikuje nejpalčivější problémy tohoto segmentu. Na základě výsledku šetření jsou představeny návrhy zlepšení současného stavu.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the regulation of employment of women in the labor market in the Czech Republic. Using the questionnaire deals with the real-position of women in the Czech labor market and identifies the most pressing problems of this segment. Based on the results of the investigation are presented proposals to improve the current situation.
