Diagnosis of cystic fibrosis by the skin-wipe test method
Abstract:
Práce popisuje alternativní metody diagnostiky cystické fibrózy, metodu kožního stěru a metodu oplachu kůže, které využívají stanovení iontů přítomných v potu pomocí kapilární elektroforézy a bezkontaktní detekce vodivosti a dávají je do vzájemných poměrů, hodnotí jejich výhody a potenciální využití v praxi.
Abstract:
The thesis describes alternative methods of diagnosing cystic fibrosis: the skin-wipe test method and the skin-wash method, which use the determination of ions present in sweat using capillary electrophoresis and non-contact conductometric detection and compare them to each other, evaluating their advantages and potential use in practice.
