Bakalárska práca pozostávajúca z troch hlavných častí a zaoberá sa vplyvom globalizácie a turbulencie trhu na prácu v odbore oceňovania majetku. Prvá kapitola zahŕňa vymedzenie základných pojmov a popísanie zmien v požiadavkách a v myslení manažérov oceňovania majetku na globálnom trhu v období trhovej turbulencie.
