Transposition of the European Arrest Warrant in the Czech law
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou evropského zatýkacího rozkazu v evropském a zejména v českém právu. Věnuje se institutu rámcových rozhodnutí (jako jednoho z pramenů práva EU a jejich vztahu k mezinárodním smlouvám jako klasickému pramenu mezinárodního práva. Zabývá se parlamentní diskusí k evropskému zatykači, jeho úpravou v trestním řádu a možnými ústavními problémy této úpravy.
Abstract:
This work deals with the concept of an European arrest warrant in its european and czech (criminal) law context, concerns a framework decision as a new kind of source of an european law and its relations to international treaties. which are classical source of international law.
