Cílem diplomové práce je odpovědět na otázku, zda v České republice existuje právní úprava regulující světelné znečištění. V úvodu práce autor blíže vymezí cíl, kterého má být dosaženo, způsob zpracování a strukturu práce. Vymezeny budou významné pojmy a instituty nezbytné pro zpracování tématu. The aim of the thesis is to answer the question whether there is a legal regulation regulating light pollution in the Czech Republic.
