Non-efficiency of recruitment methods

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zjistit, jak organizace hodnotí neefektivní nábor zaměstnanců a podle kterých kritérií měří neefektivitu jednotlivých náborových metod. V teoretické části práce jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky z problematiky náboru zaměstnanců a hodnocení náborových metod. V rámci praktické části práce je proveden kvalitativní výzkum formou polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a kvantitativní výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Závěr práce obsahuje výsledky práce, diskuzi nad výsledky a limity práce a následně jsou představeny návrhy doporučení pro vylepšení zkoumané problematiky.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out how organizations evaluate non-efficient recruitment of employees, and according to which criteria measures the non-efficiency of recruitment methods. The first part summarizes the theoretical knowledge of recruitment issues and evaluation of recruitment methods. The practical part analyses result of the qualitative research carried out in the form of a semi-structured interview and result of the quantitative research carried out in the form of questionnaire survey. The conclusion deals with the results of the work, discussion and limits of the work. Finally, the proposals of recommendations for improving the researched issues are presented and discussed.
