Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je ochrana spotřebitele. V práci je provedena analýza současného stavu ochrany spotřebitele v České republice. Tato práce je zaměřena především na současnou situaci, ale obsahuje také popis historického vývoje ochrany spotřebitele. Rovněţ se soustředí na charakteristiku základních pojmů - spotřebitel , dodavatel, spotřebitelská smlouva.
Abstract:
The subject of my thesis is Consumer protection. It analyzes current situation of the protection of consumer in the Czech republic. It is mainly focused on the current situation, however it also contains its historical development.It concentrated on characteristics of basic concepts – consumer, supplier, consumer contract.
