Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat procesy a metriky akvizice zakázek u vybraných SME IT společností, optimalizace těchto procesů a vyhodnocení dopadu.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to map the processes and metrics of the acquisition of contracts at selected SME IT companies, the optimisation of these processes and the evaluation of the impact.
