Research on the Causes of Juvenile Crime in the Děčín Region

Abstract:

Autorka se ve své bakalářské práci zabývá problematikou kriminality mládeže. V teoretické časti je zpracována problematika vztahující se ke zvolenému tématu bakalářské práce. Zejména se jedná o otázky nastínění příčin kriminálního chování mládeže, prevenci, druhy intervencí a strukturu kriminality. Jsou zde zahrnuty i důsledky, které vyplývají z charakteru dané problematiky, jako je např. diagnostický ústav či umístění ve vazebních věznicích a věznicích. Empirickou část tvoří výsledky vlastního šetření, jehož cílem bylo porovnat výše uvedenou skupinu v oblasti kriminálního chování. Pro sběr dat sloužil nestandardizovaný dotazník distribuovaný cca 30 až 50 respondentům na Děčínsku. Výsledky byly vyhodnoceny analýzou dotazníkových položek. Součástí práce budou konkrétní závěry a doporučení pro praxi. Dosažené výsledky a stanovená doporučení budou využitelná v rámci sociální pedagogiky, penitenciární péče a dalších disciplín, zejména tzv. pomáhajících profesí.

Abstract:

In her bachelor's thesis, the author deals with the issue of juvenile delinquency. The theoretical part deals with issues related to the selected topic of the bachelor's thesis. In particular, these are issues outlining the causes of juvenile delinquency, prevention, types of interventions and the structure of crime. The consequences that result from the nature of the issue, such as a diagnostic institute or placement in remand prisons and prisons, are also included. The empirical part consists of the results of our own survey, which aimed to compare the above group in the field of criminal behavior. A non-standardized questionnaire distributed to approximately 30 to 50 respondents in the Děčín region was used for data collection. The results were evaluated by analysis of questionnaire items. The work will include specific conclusions and recommendations for practice. The achieved results and set recommendations will be usable in the framework of social pedagogy, penitentiary care and other disciplines, especially the so-called helping professions.
