Tato práce se zabývá právní úpravou nekalé soutěže v České republice. První část v krátkosti pojednává o historických právních úpravách nekalé soutěže, Pařížské unijní úmluvě na ochranu průmyslového vlastnictví a zákoně proti nekalé soutěži (111/1927 Sb. z. a n.). This thesis focuses on the legal regulation of unfair competition in the Czech Republic. The first part deals with relevant historic legislation, the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property and The Law against Unfair Competition (111/1927 Col.).
