Abstract:

Nezisková organizace Duha AZ pomáhá dětem smysluplně trávit volný čas. Aby se vedoucí mohli věnovat přípravě programu pro děti a nemuseli trávit netriviální množství času organizačními záležitostmi, potřebují jednoduchý a praktický informační systém, který jim tuto činnost usnadní. Cílem této práce bylo navrhnout a implementovat webový informační systém pro organizaci Duha AZ. Práce se nejprve zabývá průzkumem požadavků organizace, analýzou současného systému a srovnáním alternativních existujících informačních systémů. V práci dále popisuji proces tvorby jednotného designu komponent a jejich využití v návrhu rozložení webové aplikace. Vytvořený systém používá frontend-backend architekturu. Obě části jsou naprogramované v jazyce TypeScript, uživatelské rozhraní frontendové aplikace je vytvořené ve frameworku React. Aplikace usnadňuje členům neziskové organizace přístup k informacím a vedoucím nabízí jednoduché nástroje pro administrativu těchto informací včetně správy členů a jejich osobních údajů, administrativy oddílových akcí a táborů a správy přihlášek do oddílu i na akce. Přístup do systému je omezený pouze pro členy oddílu a validace jejich oprávnění je implementována na úrovni serveru. Pro zhodnocení výsledného systému jsem získal zpětnou vazbu od potenciálních uživatelů, která ukazuje, že vytvořená aplikace je pro organizaci užitečná a použitelná.

Abstract:

Nonprofit organization Duha AZ helps children spend their free time meaningfully. The counselors of the organization need to focus on the events for children rather than spending a nontrivial amount of time on the required paperwork. Creating a practical and straightforward information system would simplify their work. This thesis aims to design and implement a web-based information system for Duha AZ. It focuses on the requirement analysis, describes the current system, and compares existing information systems. Furthermore, the thesis describes the process of creating a uniform design of components and their usage in the layout of the web application. The new system utilizes frontend-backend architecture. Both parts have been implemented in TypeScript, and the user interface has been created in React. The application simplifies access to information for the members of the organization. It offers simple tools for the counselors to manage the information, including the management of members and their personal information, administration of events and summer camps, registration for the events, and management of membership applications. Access to the system is allowed only for the organization members, and the permissions are validated server-side. To evaluate the new system, I gathered feedback from the potential users proving the system's overall usability.
