Tato diplomová práce se zabývá studiem separace alkaloidů chinovníku společně s kofeinem a jeho dvěma hlavními metabolity pomocí kapalinové chromatografie v systému s obrácenými fázemi. This diploma thesis deals with the study of the separation of cinchona alkaloids together with caffeine and its two main metabolites using liquid chromatography in a reversed-phase system.
