Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kurdskými regiony v Sýrii a Iráku. Hlavním cílem práce je popsat regiony z hlediska jejich struktury a fungování, a následně je zhodnotit na základě zvolených kritériích de facto státnosti. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Na teoretickou část vysvětlující pojem stát, autonomní region a de facto stát. A na empirickou část věnující se Kurdům, syrskému a iráckému autonomnímu regionu a jejich komparaci.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with Kurdish regions in Syria and Iraq. The main aim of the work is to describe the regions in terms of their structure and functioning, and then to evaluate them based on the chosen criteria of de facto statehood. The Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. To the theoretical part explaining notion of state, autonomous region, and de facto state. And the empirical part devoted to the Kurds, the Syrian and Iraqi autonomous regions, and their comparisons
