Tato práce se zabývá tím, jak ve firmě zajistit dosažení vybraných cílů vnitrofiremní komunikace – sdílení společných hodnota a cílů a fungující zpětnou vazbu. Výzkumu se zúčastnili zaměstnanci a manažeři vybrané brněnské obchodní společnosti.
