Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá směnkou a následně eskontním úvěrem. V teoretické části práce popisuje směnku jako takovou. Práce je zaměřena na její charakteristiky, k čemu směnka slouží a jak jí lze využít. Jaké druhy směnky existují a její podstatné a nepodstatné náležitosti. This bachelors’ thesis deals with bill of exchange and then discount credit. The theoretical part describes the bill of exchange as such.
