Předmětem diplomové práce je vymezení nejčastějších chyb zadavatelů v procesu zadávání a realizace veřejných zakázek, jejich charakteristika, rozlišení chyb na systémové, nesystémové a zhodnocení jejich vlivu na zadávací proces.
