The use of athletics activities in the training of preschoolers applying the ČAS Athletics Set Kit

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na využití pomůcek, které obsahuje sada Českého atletického svazu - Atletická školka. Tyto pomůcky využíváme při osvojování pohybových dovedností u dětí předškolního věku. V teoretické části se věnujeme problematice věkových a vývojových zvláštností, motivaci, významu hry pro předškolní děti a složení tréninkových jednotek. V praktické části jsme vytvořili deset tělovýchovných jednotek s použitím již zmíněné sady. Atletické činnosti jsou ověřeny u dětí ve věku 4-7 let v klubu TJ VTŽ CHOMUTOV. V příloze této práce nalezneme podrobně rozkreslená protažení ke každé tělovýchovné jednotce.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the use of aids, which are included in the set of the Czech Athletic Association. We use these aids in the acquisition of motor skills with children of preschool age. In the theoretical part, we deal with the issue of age and developmental peculiarities, motivation, the importance of play for preschool children and the composition of training units. In the practical part, I created ten physical-education units using the already mentioned set. Athletics activities are verified by children at the age of 4-7 at the TJ VTŽ CHOMUTOV club. In the attachment of this thesis, we can find detailed warm-ups for each physical education unit.
