Abstract:

Diplomová práce Státní správa soudů v České republice a Francii si klade za cíl postihnout správu soudnictví v České republice a Francii, vzájemně ji porovnat a použít francouzský model pro inspiraci českého systému. První část popisuje rozdílnou organizaci soudnictví v České republice a ve Francii. Druhá část teoreticky představuje soudnictví a státní správu soudů. V třetí části se práce zabývá prakticky správou soudnictví ze tří nejdůležitějších hledisek - personálními, organizačními a finančními, které analyzuje a porovnává v rámci českého a francouzského systému.

Abstract:

The thesis The State Administration of Courts in the Czech Republic and France aims to capture the Administration of Courts in the Czech Republic and France, comparate them and try to use french model in the Czech system. The first section describes the different judicial organization in the Czech Republic and France. The second part theoretically introduces the judiciary and the State Administration of Courts. In the third part thesis deals practically the State Administration of Courts in Czech Republic and France from 3 most important aspects – personnel, organizational and financial, which analyze and comparate.
