Pro stanovení velikostních frakcí ječmene jarního jsme použili bonitační třídičku BOMill IQ, která využívá technologii Near Infrared Transmittance (NIT). V jednotlivých frakcích se stanovoval obsah dusíkatých látek pomocí NIR analyzátoru a obsah mykotoxinu deoxynivalenolu (DON) pomocí testů ELISA. Abstract:
To determine the size fractions of spring barley, we used the BOMill IQ bonding class, which uses Near Infrared Transmittance (NIT) technology. The nitrogen content of each fraction was determined using a NIR analyser and the mycotoxin content deoxynivalenol (DON) by ELISA tests.
