Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výkonem rozhodnutí srážkami ze mzdy se zaměřením na dva konkrétní aspekty. Prvním je postavení daňového bonusu a jeho postihnutelnost v rámci výkonu rozhodnutí srážkami ze mzdy. Cílem této části je překlenutí nedostatečné zákonné úpravy. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with two aspects of enforcing a judgment in a form of income deduction. The first one is a legal position of tax bonus and its confiscatory nature in enforcement of judgment by income deduction. The goal of this part is to bridge the legal gap.
