Industry 4.0 in the context of big data

Abstract:

Čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce představuje další klíčový milník pro současnou společnost, stejně jako tomu bylo v minulosti v případě vynalezení parního stroje, který měl zásadní dopad na úrovni společenské, kulturní i politické. Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji nové dělbě práce s chytrými stroji a technologiemi, včetně možných proměn z hlediska pracovního trhu a sociálních dopadů. Čtvrtá průmyslová revoluce tak přináší novou výzvu pro současný vzdělávací systém z hlediska pracovních míst a nutné kvalifikace. Zároveň se věnují také fenoménu big dat jeho významu pro budoucí společnost, stejně tak jeho potenciálu pro sociologii a její empirii za pomocí nástrojů jako je R.

Abstract:

The Fourth Industrial Revolution represents another key milestone for our current society, just as it has been in the past with the development of steam engine that has had a major impact on the social, cultural and political levels. In my thesis, I devote myself to a new division of labor with intelligent/smart machines and technologies that can cause possible changes in the labor market and have social impacts. The Fourth Industrial Revolution thus brings a new challenge for our education system from the point of view of our current job positions and the necessary qualifications. At the same time, I will also introduce phenomenon of big data and about their significance impact for the future society and their potential for sociology and its empiricism through tools such as R.
