Tématem bakalářské práce je syndrom vyhoření pracovníků nepojistných sociálních dávek Olomouckého kraje. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí teoretické a praktické. The theme of the thesis is the burnout of employees of the department of social affairs, the section of non-insurance social benefits in the Olomouc region. The work consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with the definition of burnout, its various stages, causes, prevention and remedying of its consequences.
