Higher harmonic frequencies in capacitively coupled discharges
Abstract:
This thesis is concerned with higher harmonic frequencies of plasma potential waveforms in capacitively coupled discharge. For plasma potential measurement by uncompensated probe it is necessary to have theoretic model of sheath around it. Thesis is focused on study of model properties and effects influencing amplitudes of higher harmonic frequencies.
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se věnuje vyšším harmonickým frekvencím průběhu plazmového potenciálu v kapacitně vázaném výboji. Kvůli měření plazmového potenciálu nekompenzovanou sondou, je za potřebí mít teoretický model stěnové vrstvy kolem ní. Práce je zaměřená na zkoumání vlastností tohoto modelu a dějů ovlivňujících amplitudy vyšších harmonických frekvencí.
