Abstract:

Tato práce vznikla na základě mých návratů do rodného městečka Kyjova a také nedávnou procházkou do míst, kde jsem trávila dětství. Myslím si, že každého to vždy bude táhnout zpět domů. Někdo tomuto pokušení odolává a jiní zase ne. V mém případě tento pocit začal klíčit již na začátku magisterského studia. Kdy jsem se více a více cítila doma na Moravě než ve velkém Ostravském ruchu. Poslední roky magisterského studia jsem se vracela více za rodinou. Při příjezdu jsem cítila ten pocit, který jsem ve velkém městě zažít nemohla. A to pocit bezpečí, domova a přátelství. Při mých návratech mi často přišla na mysl jedna myšlenka: "Ty jsi se sem vždy chtěla vrátit, možná právě teď je ta pravá chvíle". Tato věta mě doprovázela nejen při mých cestách, ale také při každé procházce místy, kde jsem prožila nějaký okamžik, jak v dětství, tak i v dospělosti. K této větě se postupně přidávaly další a další. Uvědomovala jsem si hlavně i to, že nechci jen být na tomto místě, ale chci být jeho nedílnou součástí. A to se i stalo, nakonec touha byla silnější a na poslední rok studia jsem se opravdu přesunula z velkoměsta zpět domů. Důvody byly různé například bydlení, protože jsem sobecky odmítla bydlet na sdílených pokojích na kolejích. Nechci říct, že přesun zpět byl snadný, nechala jsem v Ostravě pro mě hodně důležité bytosti. Také způsob života se mi od základu změnil. A to zejména režim, který v Ostravě probíhal úplně jinak. Ale návrat sem, bylo to, po čem moje srdce toužilo už dva roky a konečně jsem dokázala sebrat tu potřebnou odvahu, abych odjela a přestěhovala se zpět. Jelikož jsem v Ostravě trávila přes pět let studia, znala jsem její každý kout. Kdežto ty kouty a místa mého rodného městečka jsem postupně ztrácela v paměti. Proto bych se v rámci této práce na tyto místa ráda vrátila a zdokumentovala proces instalace a také odhalila propojenost těchto dvou míst Ostravy a Kyjova.

Abstract:

This work was based on my return to my home town of Kyjov and also a recent walk to the places where I spent my childhood. I think everyone will always be drawn back home. Some resist this temptation and others do not. I began to feel this temptation at the beginning of my master's degree. When I felt more and more at home in Moray than I did in the great Ostrava bustle. For the last few years of my master's degree, I came back more for my family. When I arrived, I felt this feeling that I couldn't experience in a big city. And that sense of security, home and friendship. On my returns, one thought has often crossed my mind: "You've always wanted to come back here, maybe now is the time."I always knew I'd come back here someday, I just didn't know when. This sentence did not accompany me not only on my travels, but also after every walk through the places where I had a moment, both in childhood and in adulthood. More and more were added to that sentence. I was especially aware that I didn't just want to be in this place, but I wanted to be an integral part of it. And that's what happened, in the end the desire was stronger and for the last year of study I really moved back from the big city. The reasons were different, for example, housing, because I selfishly refused to live in shared dorm rooms. I don't want to say that moving back was easy, I left a lot of important beings in Ostrava for me, also the way of life changed from scratch. In particular, a regime that went very differently in Ostrava. But coming back here, it was what my heart had wanted for two years and I was finally able to summon the necessary courage to go away and move back. Since I spent over five years studying in Ostrava, I knew every corner of it. Whereas those corners and places of my home town were gradually lost in my memory. That is why, as part of this work, I would like to return to these places and document the installation process, and also reveal the interconnectedness of these two places of Ostrava and Kyjov.
