Teoretická část práce vymezuje obsah a charakteristické znaky konceptu společenské odpovědnosti podniků. Stručně popisuje historii tohoto konceptu, jeho vývoj, tři základní pilíře, přínosy a výhody CSR. Abstract:
The theoretical part of this thesis defines characteristics of the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility. It briefly describes the history, development, individual components and advantages of CSR. The thesis also focuses on the standardization and reporting of CSR and new trends, such as creating shared value.
