Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám personalistikou v Nemocnici s poliklinikou v Chomutově. Zejména jsem se zaměřila na pracovní dobu, odměňování a vzdělávání pracovníků.
Abstract:
My bachelor thesis deals with personnel management in Chomutov hospital with poliklinic. Especially, the work focuses on working hours, remuneration and staff training.
