Cílem předložené bakalářské práce je vymezit pojem zaměstnanecký benefit. Zaměřím se na systém benefitů v naší firmě Freescale Polovodiče ČR s.r.o. Především na analýzu současného systému poskytovaných výhod v kombinaci s doporučením navrhnout společnosti optimální způsob, jak vylepšit stávající nabídku. The aim of this Bachelor thesis is to define the concept of employee benefits. I am going to focus on the benefit system in our company, Freescale Polovodiče ČR,s.r.o Primarily, I am going to deal with analysis of the current system of benefits provided.
