The Development of the System of Internal Financial Regulations for Criminal Compliance Programme in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce zpracovává projekt tvorby soustavy vnitřních finančních předpisů pro Criminal compliance program ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je ochrana účetní jednotky před dopady trestní odpovědnosti právnických osob. Teoretická část obsahuje poznatky pro zpracování analytické a projektové části diplomové práce. Analýzou účetní jednotky byla identifikována její aktiva, která indikují požadavky na ochranu. Na základě identifikace aktiv byla vypracována podrobná analýza rizik, prostřednictvím které byly stanoveny konkrétní preventivní a ochranná opatření. V projektové části byla vytvořena soustava těchto preventivních opatření s ohledem na jejich významnost. Obsahová náplň vnitřních finančních předpisů byla blíže specifikována z důvodu splnění ochrany účetní jednotky. Na závěr projektové části bylo vypracováno celkové vyčíslení nákladů navrženého projektu Criminal compliance program.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focuses on the project of creating a system of internal financial regulations for the Criminal compliance program in a selected company. The aim of this thesis is to protect the accounting entity from the corollary of corporate liability. The theoretical part comprises of the findings necessary for the parts of analysis and project. The analysis of the accounting entity has provided the identification of its assets, which indicate the requirements for its protection. The identification of the assets served as the basis for a thorough risk analysis, which was later employed to determine specific preventive and protective measures. The project part consists of a system of the afore-mentioned preventive measures with respect to their significance. The content of internal financial regulations was further specified for the sake of protection of the accounting entity. The conclusion of the project part represents an overall costing of the suggested project called Criminal compliance program.
