Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se v teoretické části věnuje podstatě, funkcím a využití controllingu. V praktické části práce se věnuje navržení systému controllingu, jako řídícího nástroje v malé společnosti podnikající v oblasti okrasného zahradnictví. Jsou zde zkoumány možnosti využití controllingu v oblasti podnikání, kde se controlling obvykle nepoužívá anebo je jeho využití malé. Implementace controllingu …more

This thesis focuses on the theoretical part of the essence, functions and controlling use. In the practical part is devoted to designing controlling system, as a management tool in small companies involved in landscape gardening.
