Comparison of self-employed person`s and limited company`s (Ltd. with one associate) enterprise
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je porovnat a zhodnotit daňové zatížení u osoby samostatně výdělečně činné a společnosti s ručením omezeným. Na různých variantách daňového základu ukázat daňové zatížení dvou rozdílných forem podnikání. Vyhodnotit výsledek, která právní forma je z hlediska daňového zatížení výhodnější pro podnikání v ČR.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is to compare and evaluate the amount of tax burden paid by self-employed person and limited company. The work deals with two different kinds of enterprise and through different variations of the basic rate of tax it presents their tax burden. Finally, the work analyses which legal form is more favourable for enterprise in Czech Republic concerning the tax burden.
