The occurrence and importance of grapevine pests in South Moravia after 2008

Abstract:

V rámci závěrečné práce bylo provedeno vyhodnocení výskytu a významu škůdců révy vinné na jižní Moravě. Šetření bylo prováděno v letech 2008 – 2018 za pomoci rostlinolékařského portálu, který je spravován Ústředním kontrolním a zkušebním ústavem zemědělským. Data pro portál jsou získávána inspektory při monitoringu škodlivých organismů. Pro vyhodnocení výskytu byli vybráni následující škůdci: hálčivec révový (Calepitrimerus vitis Nalepa, 1905), křísek révový (Scaphoideus titanus Ball, 1932), obaleč mramorovaný (Lobesia botrana Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775), obalečík jednopásný (Eupoecilia ambiguella Hübner, 1796), různorožec trnkový (Peribatodes rhomboidarius Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775). Další škůdci byli popsáni v teoretické části práce a také jsou zde uvedeny typy ochrany proti škůdcům. Z uvedených výsledků je zřejmé, že procento lokalit se škodlivým a extrémním výskytem vybraných škůdců je v průměru 34,05 %. Pokud by se jednalo pouze o záznam výskytu škůdců, jedná se v průměru o 65,35 % lokalit. Třída škodlivosti pro tuto hodnotu je součtem výskytu, slabého výskytu, škodlivého výskytu a extrémního výskytu. Velmi zásadní je výskyt kříska révového v České republice od roku 2016, kdy zde byl zaregistrován poprvé. Křísek révový je přenašečem regulovaného (karanténního) zlatého žloutnutí révy vinné (Grapevine flavescence dorée fytoplasma) a je na území České republiky zavlečeným organismem. Jeho výskyt je v České republice sledován od roku 2007, v roce 2016 byl zaznamenán jeho první výskyt, v roce 2017 byl již výskyt na 14,7 % lokalit klasifikován jako extrémní. V roce 2018 byly výsledky téměř srovnatelné s rokem předchozím.

Abstract:

Within the framework of the final thesis was evaluated the occurrence and importance of vine pests in South Moravia. The survey was conducted in 2008 – 2018 with the help of the phytosanitary portal, which is administered by the Central Agricultural Inspection and Testing Institute. Data for the portal is collected by inspectors when monitoring harmful organisms. The following pests were selected for evaluation: Calepitrimerus vitis (Nalepa, 1905), Scaphoideus titanus (Ball, 1932), Lobesia botrana (Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775), Eupoecilia ambiguella (Hübner, 1796), Peribatodes rhomboidarius (Denis & Schiffermüller, 1775). Other pests have been described in the theoretical part of the thesis, as well as types of pest control. From these results it is clear that the percentage of sites with harmful and extreme occurrence of selected pests is on average 34.05%. If it were only a record of the occurrence of pests, it is an average of 65.35% of sites. The harmful class for this value is the sum of the occurrence, the low incidence, the harmful occurrence, and the extreme occurrence. Very important is the occurrence of the vine in the Czech Republic since 2016, when it first appeared here. Grapevine flavescence dorée fytoplasma is the only known carrier of the regulated (quarantine) golden yellowing. Its occurrence in the Czech Republic has been monitored since 2007, in 2016 there was a mere occurrence of the species and in 2017 already 14.7% of sites were classified as extreme. In 2018, the results were comparable to the previous year.
