Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá motoricko-funkční přípravou parkurových jezdců. Cílem práce bylo sestavit soubor cvičení, která pomohou začínajícím jezdcům urychlit proces učení základních dovedností a jezdcům zkušeným zvyšovat jejich sportovní výkonnost. Teoretická východiska obsahují základní kineziologickou analýzu pohybu jezdce a koně a popisují fyziologická zatížení jezdců parkuru. Dále práce obsahuje …more
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on the motor-functional training of parkur riders. The aim of the thesis was to create a set of exercises that will help beginner riders to speed up the process of learning basic skills and experienced riders to increase their sports performance.
