Práce pojednává o stěžejním institutu civilního procesu, kterým je důkazní břemeno, a to jak z teoretického hlediska, tak i z pohledu soudní praxe.

This diploma paper has been focusing on the burden of proof from academic side on one hand and from judicial practice on the other.
