Yeast and Their Medical Importance
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá morfologií kvasinek, charakteristikou jejich vlastností a jednoduchou laboratorní diagnostikou. Práce dále pojednává o etiologii nemocí, predispozičních faktorech a také jejich možném dopadu na lidský organismus. V závěru se práce věnuje konkrétní činnosti, spojené s kvasinkami, zachycenými na mikrobiologickém oddělení Pardubické nemocnice za poslední dva roky.Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the morphology of yeast, characteristics of their properties and simple laboratory diagnosis. Etiology of diseases, predisposing factors and their possible impact on human organism are further discussed in this work. The conclusion of the work is about specific yeast activity captured at the microbiological department of Pardubice hospital over the last two years.
