The types of evidence in the period of the old Czech Law
Abstract:
Tématem této diplové práce jsou důkazní prostředky, které se používaly ve starém českém právu, tedy v období od počátků českého soudnictví do roku 1620. Práce zahrnuje důkazní prostředky, které se užívaly v soudním procesu před zemským soudem a městským soudem.
Abstract:
The subjekt of this Graduation theses is to describe the types of evidence, which have been aplied in the period of the od Czech Law, that means from begin of the Czech State to the 1620 year. It concerns the types of evidence, which have been used in court proceeding before the Country Court and the Township Courts.
