The needs of patient with Grawitz carcinoma

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je problematika, která je zaměřená na potřeby pacienta s Grawitzovým nádorem. Specifikuje oblasti potřeb, ve kterých došlo k největším změnám. Nejvíce se měnily potřeby pacienta v oblasti somatické, ale k výrazným změnám došlo rovněž i v psychosociální oblasti. Jako metodika byla zvolena kazuistika zaměřena na potřeby jedince, měnící se v těžké a vážné nemoci. Teoretická část je zaměřena na symptomatologii, diagnostiku a terapii Grawitzova nádoru. Popisuje potřeby pacienta, jejich dělení, proces naplnění potřeb a potřeby těžce nemocných pacientů. Kazuistika byla rozdělena do jednotlivých částí a obsahuje: anamnézu, katamnézu, oblasti jednotlivých potřeb, které jsou následně analyzovány a závěr.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is the problems of patient with Grawitz carcinoma. It specifies spheres of needs in which the biggest changes have happened. The biggest changes in patient´s needs were in somatic sphere as well as in psychosocial field. As the methodology was chosen the casuistry aimed to the patient´s needs changing in difficult and severe disease. The theoretical part is aimed to symptomatology, diagnosing and therapy of Grawitz carcinoma. It describes the patient´s needs, their division, the process of fulfillment of these needs and the needs of ill men with severe diseases. The casuistry has been devided into the separate parts and it includes: anamnesis, catamnesis, the spheres of the separate needs which are subsequently analyzed, and the closing part.
