Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu pracovního procesu kompletace zboží ve společnosti Yusen Logistics (Czech) s.r.o. za rok 2016/2017. Práce zkoumá pracovní proces kompletace, počty přebalených kusů a mzdové náklady. Součástí práce jsou návrhy úpravy pracovního procesu kompletace a zhodnocení navrhovaných konceptů. V závěru práce je provedeno porovnání navrhovaných konceptů.Abstract:
This thesis deals with the analysis of working process completion of goods in Yusen Logistics (Czech) s.r.o. company in 2016/2017. The thesis researches the working process completion, number of repacked products and costs.
