Displaying Representatives of Evil in the Dominant Texts of Older Czech Literature

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na zobrazování zástupců zla v dominantních dílech starší české literatury. V první části práce je představen vývoj v zobrazování zástupců zla v evropské kultuře. Dále je pozornost věnována vybraným dílům zabývajícím se touto problematikou. V závěru práce jsou všechny knihy vzájemně porovnány mezi sebou a zároveň s úvodní částí práce. Cílem této práce je snaha o nalezení společných prvků v zobrazování zástupců zla ve vývoji tohoto tématu v české i evropské literatuře.

Abstract:

This work is focused on displaying the representatives of evil in the dominant texts of older Czech literature. The first part introduces development in displaying representatives of evil in European culture. Then the attention is also given to selected works dealing with this issue. In conclusion, all the books are mutually compared with each other and also with the preliminary work. The aim of this work is to try to find common elements in displaying the representatives of evil in the development of this theme in Czech and European literature.
