Comparative study about sanctions in law of competition and advertising in Anglo-Americian and Czech system of law
Abstract:
Práce se zabýva problematikou soutězního práva, rozebírá sankční možnosti právních řádů USA a České Republiky, které se uplatňují při porušování pravidel nekalé soutěže. Práce je ve své realizaci zaměřena zvláště na sankce používané v oblasti reklamy. V závěru práce nabízí srovnání sankcí obou právních řádů a návrhuje převzetí vybraných institutů do právního řádu ČR.

As the aim of my dissertation I have set to describe and compare a sanctions in law of competition and advertising in Anglo-American and Czech system of law. Each chapter is focused on describing sanction possibilities as for USA law, as for law of Czech Republic. At the end of this work a chapter devoted to comparison of both legal systems can be found.
