V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme kalibraci přístroje určeného na měření tlaku par složek pevných nebo kapalných vzorků pomocí Knudsenovy efúzní hmotnostní spektrometrie. Práce zahrnuje kalibraci teploty, optimalizaci účinnosti iontového zdroje a měření tlaku par čistých kovů pro kalibraci na tabelované hodnoty výparných tepel. Abstract:
In this thesis we focus our attention on calibration of the instrument for vapour pressure measurement of solid or liquid samples by means of Knudsen effusion mass spectrometry. The work includes temperature calibration, optimization of ion source gain and vapour pressure measurement of pure metals for calibration on tabulated values of heats of vaporization.
