Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá stanovením vybraných antioxidantů v rostlinném materiálu. Je zaměřena především na využití moderních extrakčních technik, zejména na vysokotlakou extrakci rozpouštědlem (PFE), extrakci v ultrazvukové lázni (USE) a extrakci pomocí ultrazvukové sondy (HOM). Abstract:
This thesis deals with the determination of selected antioxidants in plant material. It is focused especially to the application of modern extraction techniques. Those are pressurized fluid extraction (PFE), ultrasonic bath extraction (USE) and ultrasonic extraction with homogenizer (HOM).
