V teoretickej časti mojej práce sú definované základné pojmy súvisiace s oceňovaním majetku a stanovenia VŠH nehnuteľnosti najmä porovnávacou metódou. Moja bakalárska práca vysvetľuje hlavné rozdiely medzi jednotlivými metódami oceňovania a poukazuje na to, ktorá z metód oceňovania je najvhodnejšia a najpresnejšia, no v najväčšom rozsahu sa však venuje porovnávacej metóde stanovenia VŠH nehnuteľnosti …more
