Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této práce je pojmout dohled nad kapitálovým trhem v celé jeho šíři včetně dalších aspektů, které ho ovlivňují. Dle práce je dohled nad kapitálovým trhem tvořen složkou soukromou a veřejnou, které jsou v práci podrobně popsány.
Abstract:
The main goal of this work is to cover the supervision of the capital market in its whole range and also to cover aspects, which influence the supervision. According the work capital market supervision consists of public and private part, which are deeply described.
