Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci interních materiálových toků ve výrobní společnosti. V rámci řešení projektu bylo využito analýzy a její vyhodnocení s cílem identifikovat hlavní problémy, na které je nutno se orientovat při zpracování projektu. The thesis is focused on the optimization of internal material flows in the manufacturing company. Within the project it used the analysis, focusing on the current setting and its evaluation in order to identify the main problems which should be addressed in the project.
