Diplomová práce se zabývá vydáváním právních předpisů obcí v jejich samostatné působnosti, především obecně závazných vyhlášek, jejichž předmětem je ochrana veřejného pořádku, zvláště pak nočního klidu. Práce má za úkol zejména odpovědět na otázku, zdali a jak mohou obce tyto záležitosti regulovat.
