Regular Remedies in Administrative Proceedings
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku opravných prostředků ve správním řízení, především pak na opravné prostředky řádné. Opravné prostředky představují jeden z principů legality a kontroly veřejné správy. V práci jsou popsány a vysvětleny řádné opravné prostředky, kterými jsou odvolání, rozklad, odpor a námitky v exekučním řízení. Krátce zmíněné jsou také mimořádné opravné prostředky. Závěrečná …more
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of remedies in administrative procedure, especially on ordinary remedies. Remedies are one of the principles of legality and control of public administration. The thesis describes and explains the ordinary remedies, which are appeal, remonstrance, return procedure and objektions in enforcement proceedings.
